Included at no additional cost, the Rippling HRIS centralizes and automates HR tasks. Modules include Core HR, Recruiting, and Employee Surveys, with optional add-ons like Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Attendance, and Performance Management available at a discounted rate.

Proactive Strategic Projects

Customized, long-term projects address the root causes of HR challenges. Examples include employee handbook overhauls, performance management systems, and full recruitment processes.

Our HR services are designed to grow with your practice, giving you the support you need to focus on patients and leadership. Pricing is based on your total staff, including owners, optometrists, and contractors, with a minimum 10-seat threshold:

  • Canadian Practices: Starting at $1,350 CAD + tax per month
  • American Practices: Starting at $1,350 USD + tax per month

Optional Rippling HRIS add-ons, like Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Performance Management, are available at an additional cost. When added during your initial setup, you’ll receive a 15% discount and waived implementation fees.
